Predominant blend of Chenin Blanc and Vermentino, with a splash of Sauvignon Blanc, from Margaret River, 11.5% ABV.

Tasting notes: Oozes fresh green apple, pear skins with a rounded texture and salty fizz finish. Best served ice cold with a bunch of mates, if you don’t know now ya know!

Dylan is founder and winemaker. He started this little biz a few years back and hasn’t looked back. While being chief winemaker, cellar door casual, IT specialist, super dad and sales rep he still finds time to hunt for bargains on marketplace, squeeze in a surf, go mountain biking, diving, fishing, and exploring the region. Dylan has also dabbled in DJing, still playing parties here and there. If you happen to visit the winery there will no doubt be bangers playing. Born in Blenheim, NZ and raised in Geelong, VIC. Moved West in 2009 with no plans to leave Margaret River anytime soon.
