100% Sauvignon Blanc fermented with Pinot Grigio and Gewurztraminer skins from Western Australia. 12.5% ABV.

Tasting notes: Lychees, mango, orange peel and rosewater with a juicy, textural mouthfeel. Super light and smashable.

Dylan is founder and winemaker. He started this little biz a few years back and hasn’t looked back. While being chief winemaker, cellar door casual, IT specialist, super dad and sales rep he still finds time to hunt for bargains on marketplace, squeeze in a surf, go mountain biking, diving, fishing, and exploring the region. Dylan has also dabbled in DJing, still playing parties here and there. If you happen to visit the winery there will no doubt be bangers playing. Born in Blenheim, NZ and raised in Geelong, VIC. Moved West in 2009 with no plans to leave Margaret River anytime soon.
