2023 Gonzo Vino Shadows in Polygon Grenache
Tasting Notes

Pairs well with

Origin: Riverland, Australia
Type: Light-bodied red
Grape(s): Grenache
ABV: 13.4%
Medium ruby in the glass, with a youthful brightness at the rim. Primary fruit leads the way on the nose, combining notes of fresh fruit, some herbal hints, as well as florals in the shape of hibiscus and violets. On the palate, the first thing that hits is the acidity - lean, almost jarring. The alcohol is present, fully integrated with the brightness of fruit. Virtually no tannins. Notes of strawberry, raspberry, sour cherry. Beautiful drinking with a slight chill.
