Pale lemon-green in the glass, almost translucent at the rim, signalling youth and freshness. The nose leans into the leaner side of the spectrum - think lemon pith, lime zest, and underripe white peach. There’s a faint floral lift - maybe white blossoms or chamomile - and just a touch of crushed wet stone in the background. On the palate, this wine is razor-sharp. Lean and linear, with piercing acidity that takes the lead and doesn’t let go. It’s tight, energetic, and refreshingly direct.
