Green apple and pear lead the way, with just a touch of savoury lees character peeking through, hinting at a bit of texture from time on the lees. On the palate, it’s all about precision. Zippy, high acidity brings serious freshness, balanced by a modest 11.2% alcohol that keeps everything light on its feet. No oak, no tricks - just clean, focused fruit and a winemaking style that knows when to step back.
