Moderate ruby in the glass, clear and inviting. The nose is fresh and lifted - blackberry and blackcurrant up front, backed by cool mint and a touch of dark chocolate. Classic Cab vibes, but super glou glou, with low alcohol. On the palate, it’s light on its feet with a nice pop of acidity that keeps things bright. The alcohol brings doesn't bring warmth like in "classic" Cabs and the tannins are barely present. It doesn’t go especially deep or intense, but there’s enough complexity here to keep you interested.
