Scents of tangerine, clove, preserved lemon, and a warm hit of ginger rise from the glass - inviting, vibrant, and full of character. It’s an aromatic start that sets the tone beautifully. On the palate, the brightness continues. Citrus leads again, but now in a more concentrated, dried form - candied orange peel, preserved lemon, maybe even a hint of kumquat. The ginger note carries through, adding warmth and a gentle spice that lingers.
