A delicious blend of Sauvignon Blanc (50%), Chardonnay (40%) and a mostly unknown local varietal, Mauzac (10% - it’s like a blend of Viognier and Chenin). 12.3% ABV.

Scents of tangerine, clove, preserved lemon and ginger. Lovely start. Flavours are bright, weigh into dried citrus characters, gingery too, Such a superb and delicious white wine here.
